Emergency workers rushed to the scene when a star of Baddies West spin-off show, Baddies East, Smiley, had a seizure. The Zeus Network star is placed in a wheelchair while unconscious on the January 7 episode. Although her co-stars claim the whole thing is fake, viewers are backing Smiley all the way.
Baddies East’s Smiley has a seizure
Smiley had a seizure on a Baddies East episode. During the scene, Smiley is rushed to the emergency room, to which co-star Natalie Nunn then tells the cameras, “I’m so worried.”
Just as Smiley is about to be taken into the emergency room, her eyes appear to roll back slightly and she falls out of her chair. Producers try to hold her and make sure she’s okay, which is all filmed on camera.
She reacted to the scene on an Instagram Live and said: “Y’all don’t know how much it hurts to sit here with my kid and watch this episode.” She said she was “so embarrassed” by the incident.
What happened to Smiley in Jamaica?
Smiley had a seizure after drinking alcohol on a Jamaica trip. “I could not control what happened to me, if I had known I would have told y’all not to post this s***,” Smiley told her followers.
She added she was “f***ed up” and “vomiting on herself”. The Baddies East cast member said it’s “hard to see it” before adding she “hopes it never happens” to any of her fans.
“If someone was unconscious, I don’t know what was going on. This hurts,” she told Manny, who works closely with the show and joined her on Live to tell her that this is “what she signed up for.”

Did Smiley fake her seizure?
No, Smiley denies faking a seizure. However, her co-stars claim she “lies about everything” and she drank just four alcohol shots, which they don’t think would lead to a seizure.
One fan said: “This reminds me of the Shanquella Robinson situation! Those women treated her horribly! They left her on the bus like she wasn’t a human! Sky was laughing and left her also but she went back!”
Smiley has spoken out since and said: “To anyone who thinks I was faking, I don’t give a f***. Y’all ain’t got no heart, this happened to me. Y’all don’t know how I’m feeling. I didn’t even know what was going on.”
