The Challenge fans notice Horacio’s head ‘scar’
During the January 17 episode of The Challenge: Battle For A New Champion, many noticed Horacio appears to have a head scar and an area with missing hair on his right side.
One fan wrote on a Reddit thread: “Does anyone know what the scars are on the side of his head? Sometimes they show🤷🏼♀️.” Another curious viewer said: “Scars on his head? Just curious 🤷🏼♀️.”
“Curious, do you know what the scar/missing hair is from on the side of Horacio’s head?” a fan asked co-star Derrick. Although Horacio hasn’t revealed what the head scar is from, he competes in sports.
Horacio Gutierrez hailed ‘too athletic’
Horacio Gutierrez competed in The Soccer Tournament in 2023, playing for Raleigh Rebels FC, who made it out of the group stage before losing 3-4 to ZALA FFF in the tournament bracket’s round of 16.
When he’s not busy competing on The Challenge, Horacio continues to compete athletically in non-televised events like a Spartan race that took place in Austin, Texas in 2023.
The reality TV star previously played for Grand Canyon University and Mississippi College before taking his talents to the Kingborough Lions United FC and Fayetteville Fury.
Horacio ‘carrying the season on his back’
As The Challenge: Battle For A New Champion gets underway, Horacio is determined to take home the $1 million cash prize. Horacio, his girlfriend Nurys, and Kyland are favorites to win the current season.
